Terms of use

In short: you pay once and PetPeek is yours to use. Use photos you're allowed to use, don't misuse the clip service, and remember that AI-made clips won't always come out perfect.
These terms are between you and PetPeek ("we", "us"). By buying or using PetPeek you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use PetPeek.
What you're buying
- PetPeek costs $20, paid once. No subscription. It includes one pet.
- Each extra pet costs $10, also paid once.
- Each pet can learn up to 8 moves and comes with up to 12 newly made clips. Clips that fail to make don't count. Dreamed-up looks are limited to 3 tries per pet.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and may include tax where it applies.
Your licence
- Your licence key lets you use PetPeek for your own personal use, on computers you use.
- Please don't share, sell or publish your licence key. A key that's being misused may be cancelled.
- You may not resell PetPeek, copy it to sell, or try to get around its limits or the licence check.
Your photos and clips
- Only use photos you took or have the right to use.
- Don't use PetPeek to make anything illegal, hateful, sexual or harmful, or to depict real people.
- The clips made from your photos are yours to keep and use for personal purposes.
- To make a clip, your pet's cut-out and the move's description are sent to our clip service. See the privacy policy.
The clip service
- Clips are made by an AI video model. Results vary: sometimes a clip won't look quite like your pet or won't move as described. You can remake a clip within your allowance.
- Making clips needs an internet connection and our online service. We work to keep it running, but it may sometimes be slow or unavailable.
- Clips you've already made are stored on your computer and keep playing offline.
- We may change which AI model makes clips, as long as clip quality and your allowance stay at least as good.
Refunds
Full refund within 14 days, no questions asked. See the refund policy.
No warranty
PetPeek is provided "as is". We do our best to make it work well, but we can't promise it will be error-free or suit every computer.
Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for anything to do with PetPeek is limited to what you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll say so on this page and update the date above. The version in place when you bought still applies to that purchase.
