Refund policy

In short: if PetPeek isn't for you, email us within 14 days of buying and you'll get your money back in full. No questions asked.

What you can get refunded

• PetPeek ($20, one-time) and extra pets ($10 each, one-time) can each be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase.
• You don't need to give a reason, and it doesn't matter how many clips you've already made.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address you used to buy, or include that address or your receipt. We reply within 2 business days.

Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with. Your bank usually shows it within 5–10 business days.

After a refund

The refunded licence is cancelled and shouldn't be used to make new clips. Clips already on your computer stay there; delete PetPeek whenever you like.

After 14 days

PetPeek is a one-time purchase, so we don't normally refund after 14 days. If something has gone wrong, such as a duplicate charge or PetPeek not working on your computer, write to us anyway and we'll sort it out.
